The flying imams: Book ’em, Dano

At a speech In New Hampshire yesterday Newt Gingrich commented on the case of the flying imams:

“Those six people should have been arrested and prosecuted for pretending to be terrorists,” Gingrich said. “And the crew of the U.S. airplane should have been invited to the White House and congratulated for being correct in the protection of citizens.”

I think Newt may be the first public figure to connect the dots, draw the obvious conclusion and support US Airways. It would be enlightening to get the views of other political figures on the incident.
