On Friday, Senator John McCain sat down with someone from YouTube for an interview as part of YouTube’s “Citizen Tube” project. It’s a fun video; if you go to the Candidates’ Forum, you can watch it here.
McCain had a busy weekend. Last night, he was in Las Vegas and had prime seats for the Mayweather-De La Hoya fight. The bout was an interesting technical fight in which defense predominated, but was somewhat lacking in drama.
SCOTT adds: When asked what was the most interesting book he read in the past month, Senator McCain cites Evan Thomas’s Sea of Thunder: Four Commanders and the Last Great Naval Campaign. The book tells the story of the Battle of Leyte Gulf, in which another fellow named John McCain played an important role.
