In “Alms For Jihad” I noted Michael Rubin’s review/essay on two new books on Hamas. One of the books reviewed by Rubin was Alms for Jihad: Charity and Terrorism in the Islamic World by Millard Burr and Robert Collins, published by Cambridge University Press. Bryan at Hot Air tells the incredible story about how Cambridge University Press has now sent the book down the memory hole. (Thanks to Roger Kimball.)
