Uncairing, part 4

In “Coming clean about CAIR” I wrote about the amicus brief filed by the Council on American-Islamic Relations in the Holy Land Foundation prosecution. To its chagrin, CAIR has been named an unindicted co-conspirator in the case. Although it holds itself out as a civil rights group, the government’s evidence in the case has revealed CAIR — to quote its amicus brief — “as a terrorist front organization.”
I found one aspect of CAIR’s brief of particular interest. It repeatedly asserted that the government
