Andrew McCarthy puts his aptitude for pattern recognition to work and finds Barack Obama’s ongoing assault on free speech. Don’t worry, however. If I can contribute in my own small way to the pattern recognition, I deduce that in the time to come we will still be allowed to hail Obama as a redeemer come to heal a fallen nation. In other words, vice presidential debate moderator Gwen Ifill need not worry about any threat to the publication of her forthcoming The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama on January 20. 2009.
