Tax cuts or a spending spree?

My Examiner column argues that tax cuts are preferable to a spending spree (and especially the spree propsed by the Democrats) as a means of stimulating the economy. Most of the points I make will be familiar to those who have followed this issue closely. However, I’ve tried to assemble them in a way that facilitates a comparison of these two competing approaches to economic stimulus.
