A dismal legacy revived

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seems determined to revive her husband’s policy of appeasing North Korea. As I argue in my Examiner column, if ever a policy decision was “over-caused,” it is this one. Whether rooted in loyalty to Bill, or simply in the usual liberal “blame America first” syndrome, it makes no sense to let Kim Jong Il off the hook for his violations of North Korea’s treaty commitments.
