More world cup questions

Is it fair to say that the best five players in the World Cup so far have been, in no particular order, Bastian Schweinsteiger, David Villa, Wesley Sneijder, Diego Forlan, and Thomas Muller?
When was the last time a central midfielder gave a World Cup performance as superb as Schweinsteiger did today in Germany’s 4-0 rout of Argentina?
Given the performance of Argentina’s non-fullback fullbacks today, did coach Diego Maradona have any regrets about not naming Javier Zanetti to his squad?
During today’s debacle, did it occur to Maradona that he could have used Esteban Cambiasso in central midfield alongside Javier Masherano and in place of Maxi Rodriguez?
What does Maradona have against Diego Milito? (the second leading scorer in Italy this season and scorer of both goals in the Champion’s League final, Milito played only 21 minutes for Argentina in this World Cup and was not used at all today against Germany).
When Brazilian coach Dunga looked down his bench for a player who could help produce a tying goal against Holland, did he wish he had brought Ronaldinho to South Africa? (incredibly, given that we’re talking about Brazil, Dunga”s options were so unappealing that he didn’t use his third substitution)
Was Dunga the only Brazilian who thought Felipe Melo (voted by Italian fans, somewhat harshly, as the worst player in Italy’s top division in 2009) should have been starting for the national team?
Has a pair of central defenders ever been as missing in action in a big match as John Heitinga and Andre Ooijer were on Brazil’s goal (which, in fairness, came on a great pass by Melo)?
Why, after running the Dutch defense ragged in the first half (the score could have been 4-0 Brazil) did Brazil fall back into a defensive posture in the second?
How unlucky was the U.S. that the only high quality shot by Ghana’s Asamoah Gyan during the entire tournament came in the overtime period against the American team?
Can Spain score against quality opposition with Fernando Torres on the field?
Will coach Spain’s coach give us another opportunity to find out?
Has the World Cup ever produced two sequences, in back-to-back games, as strange as the final moments of the overtime period between Uruguay and Ghana yesterday and the dueling penalty miss sequence in today’s Paraguay- Spain match?
