Occupy crime wave update

The Occupier crime wave continues. A 29-year-old man associated with Occupy Fort Collins has been arrested on suspicion of setting the October 24 fire that gutted an Old Town condominium complex and damaged a second one. The Coloradoan features the defendant’s Occupy Fort Collins connection in the headline, but buries the fact that the fire caused a $10 million loss to the bottom of the story. The Denver Post puts the magnitude of the loss in the headline while the story makes clear that the defendant is edgy in the style to which we have become accustomed over the past few weeks.
