The “heat” could not be more “dead”

Rasmussen has released the results of its latest tracking poll, which covers the period from April 28 through April 30. It shows a dead heat, with both Obama and Romney at 46 percent.

These results are identical to those of the other most recent polls of which I am aware. A Gallup tracking poll (April 26 through April 30) and a Fox News poll (April 24 through April 26) also have the race tied at 46-46.

I guess it’s official, then. As of the end of April, it’s Obama 46 and Romney 46.

Not a good place for an incumbent president to be.
