Media Alert: Radio Tomorrow Morning

Mark your calendar: Tomorrow (Thursday), I’ll be guest-hosting again on Bill Bennett’s “Morning in America” radio show on the Salem network from 6 – 9 am eastern time.  If you don’t have a station in your area, you can listen at the website, www.billbennett.com–look for the button up near the top that says “Listen.”

Of course, the show will end exactly an hour before the Supreme Court issues its ruling on Obamacare, but I’ll have lots to say about it during the broadcast.  Call in if you can and share your thoughts.

My guests will include James Piereson, the author of the fascinating recent article “The Fourth Revolution” that I’ve talked about here before; Jay Cost, the “Dr. House” of political analysts, who spots anomalies that other political analysts miss, about his recent book Spoiled Rotten: How the Politics of Patronage Corrupted the Once Noble Democratic Party and Now Threatens the American Republic; and Stephen Knott of the Naval War College, author of Rush to Judgment: George W. Bush, the War on Terror, and His Critics, the first extensive book to dissect the hypocrisy and weaknesses of Bush’s many left-leaning critics about Bush’s conduct of foreign policy.  (Full disclosure: I’m team teaching an intensive course on American foreign policy this week with Steve in the Ashbrook Center’s MAHG program at Ashland University, and he’s kindly covering for me Thursday morning while I do the show.)

Last time I was the guest host, about five weeks ago, I had a special “progressive rock” theme for bumper music.  I’ve got a different special music theme picked out for this week.  But you’ll have to tune in to find out just what.  Hint: think “indie.”
