People who read Power Line and similar sites always get Michael Ramirez’s cartoons. But I sometimes wonder: when they appear in liberal newspapers, how many readers understand his references? Especially since Ramirez’s cartoons ride the heart of the news cycle, rather than lagging days or weeks behind. Today’s cartoon is a case in point:
I’ll bet a lot of people learned about “OIHO” for the first time through Ramirez’s cartoon.
