Romney Outraises Obama Again

The presidential campaigns have released their July fundraising totals, and once again Mitt Romney came out on top, pulling in $101.3 million to Obama’s $75 million. The figures for both campaigns were similar to their June totals. The Romney campaign also said that it has $186 million on hand. The Obama campaign apparently didn’t release that number, presumably because Obama would be embarrassed by the comparison.

Romney plans to start spending in a big way after the GOP convention at the end of this month, and it appears that he will outspend Obama from that point until Election Day. One wonders, however, whether there will be a single undecided voter left by the end of August.
