Former Libya deputy chief of mission Gregory Hicks takes the view that someone in the Obama administration sending him an unfriendly message. Cooling his heels in Washington, Hicks awaits reassignment. Hicks of course committed the grave wrong of testifying before Congress regarding the 9/11 attacks on our facilities in Benghazi that resulted in the deaths of Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty. Hicks expresses the view that two of the four might have been saved if timely action had been taken. What is going on here?
