Mock this

In looking online this morning for the White House fact sheet (sic) on the arrangement with Iran, I found the image posted below on another White House page summarizing the framework of the arrangement.

The White House is making an important point here, of course, and the Times of Israel expertly decodes it: “US mimics Netanyahu cartoon bomb to sell Iran deal.” For “mimics,” I’d read “mocks,” as the text of the Times of Israel story correctly suggests. The problem is that Netanyahu’s critique of the arrangement with Iran stands, which is why it has burrowed so deeply under the extraordinarily thin skin of Obama and his minions at the White House.

UPDATE: Seth Mandel comments definitively on this episode in “Obama to Bibi: The jerk store called and they’re running out of you!”
