Summer of Hate

We have commented on violent anti-Trump protests, e.g., here. But anti-Trump demonstrations are pretty much a daily occurrence. As the estimable Zombie says, “The media is only interested in these protests when violence or riots erupt.”

You may remember Zombie, who chronicled Communist Bay Area demonstrations a few years ago. (S)he is back, portraying the ugliness of anti-Trump protesters–ugliness that the liberal media would rather not show you. Zombie writes:

[I]f a protest passes more or less peacefully, as most do, the media tends to ignore it — which is a tragedy, because this dismissiveness hides the sobering reality that 2016’s anti-Trump protests, even when nonviolent, have already escalated into kaleidoscopic circuses of unhinged hysteria.

This report reveals what a typical anti-Trump protest is really like, in all its bizarre end-times glory….

Some examples:

This is the most common theme. It is both subtle and original:

Occasionally a relatively clever meta-protester slips in:

But mostly the anti-Trump protesters are gripped by an insane rage. Trump derangement syndrome may eclipse Bush derangement syndrome by the time the Summer is over. These demonstrators expose the sickness at the heart of American liberalism; a sickness that the liberal media would rather hide.
