It really isn’t possible to do a “greatest hits” highlight reel from the Week in Pictures, so here are one or two from the year, and some previews of the year ahead. Meanwhile, for anyone lounging around at noon Pacific time waiting for the nowadays meaningless college bowl games to start (because the stupid BCS has ruined new year’s day football), I am going to attempt to livestream my annual polar bear swim on the central coast on my Facebook page.
