Who’s Extreme?

Pro-abortion fanatics are selling merchandise that celebrates the burning of pregnancy clinics:

The Minnesota Abortion Action Committee (MNAAC) is selling merchandise featuring an image of a burning pregnancy resource center.

“The Christian right is wrong,” the merchandise reads, with a building labeled “Anti-abortion center” in flames.

Minnesota is a hotbed of pro-abortion extremism, as our legislature has now legalized abortion up to and including the moment of birth. Many observers believe that the state’s current abortion laws, which include the repeal of the Born Alive Act, also permit post-birth “abortion” in some cases. The MNAAC sweatshirt clearly depicts the First Care pregnancy clinic in Minnesota, which has been a principal target of the group’s activism.

I can’t help taking the promotion of arson by left-wing groups personally, as my organization’s office was firebombed in January. The criminals are presumed to be leftists, but have not yet been caught. When liberals approve of violence, whether by Black Lives Matter rioters, Antifa, anti-Semites, pro-abortion fanatics, or whoever, they increase the likelihood of further violence.

A number of pregnancy centers have in fact been burned by pro-abortion activists, a trend that the Minnesota Abortion Action Committee seeks to encourage. Such extremism has become rather common on the Left, but for the most part it has been either ignored or tacitly approved of by mainstream Democrats.
