After the Supreme Court wiped away the marriage laws of all 50 states in its Obergefell decision that legalized same-sex marriage, it was thought the next frontier in “love, liberty and privacy” would be a push to allow polygamy again. Instead, what erupted in just a few weeks was the entire transgender crusade.
