Real Clear Politics predicts victory for Republican Bobby Jindal in Saturday’s Louisiana gubernatorial election. Jindal has a narrow lead in the polls and has been endorsed by the African-American mayor of New Orleans. RCP sees Jindal capturing about 15 percent of the black vote and holding on to the traditional Republican base. That should do it.
