Hugh Hewitt’s blog alerted us to this fine commentary by The Conservative Crust about the Massachusetts decision on gay marriage. Hugh also links to Professor Volokh, who shows that the Massachusetts court’s rationale fairly easily supports a legal right to adult incestuous marriages and even polygamous marriages.
