William F. Buckley argues in the Washington Times (print edition only) that the wave of immigration into this country from the south is probably “uncontainable” given American ideals. In other words, the measures required to control our 2,000 mile border with Mexico are too draconian for us to be willing to undertake.
I suspect that Buckley is correct about this.
