In his weekly Wall Street Journal column this morning Robert Bartley addresses the issue I have been trying to raise regarding (to put it one way) the proper relationship between the United States and the United Nations. All honor to him for beginning his column at the beginning–with the founding of the United States on the self-evident truths recognized in the Declaration of Independence.
