Saddam and the next 9/11

The Wall Street Journal’s long editorial today is in the tradition of the Journal’s excellent reported editorials: “Saddam and the next 9/11.” I believe that the editorial mistakenly assumes that Osama bin Laden is alive, but that is irrelevant to its argument.
