Charles Atlas Was No Liberal

Readers of a certain age will remember when the back page of a comic book was, more likely than not, devoted to an for Charles Atlas’s body-building system. The ads featured a bully who kicked sand in the face of a skinny kid and walked off with the kid’s girlfriend. That was before the skinny kid took the Charles Atlas course, naturally.
I don’t entirely agree with the premise of this cartoon by Daryl Cagle, but I love the imagery!
