The Saddam-al Qaeda connection

The Weekly Standard’s Web site appears to be out of commission this morning, since reporting the memo from Undersecretary for Defense Policy Douglas Feith to the Intelligence Committe outlining the links between Saddam Hussein and al Qaeda.
