Hillary Does War

Reuters has a photo report on Hillary Clinton’s trip to Afghanistan and Iraq. Presumably intending to burnish her foreign policy credentials, Hillary carefully balanced support for the troops with relatively muted criticisms of the administration’s war policies. Among other things, she said that we don’t have “the right mix of troops” to get the job done in those countries. So, welcome to a new Hillary–the military tactician.
The photo below was taken in Baghdad. Is it just my imagination, or do the soldiers appear to be less than thrilled to be in Mrs. Clinton’s company? To me, they look like they’re on the way to get a root canal.
