Reader John Richardson points out that Unfit for Duty tops the Amazon bestseller list and reports that the Barnes & Noble bookstore where he works in the Twin Cities is “inundated with calls and customers wanting the book, which has not yet arrived in the store.” Like me, Richardson is confident that this story will come out with or without the spin of the media and the Kerry campaign.
