Not ready for Foggy Bottom

Twin Cities Jewish Life is a local periodical that went in search of Jewish Republicans and found me and a few friends. Reporter Stacy Gallop quotes me saying: “The respect which the Democratic Party accords to such vile anti-Semites as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Cynthia McKinney revolts me.” I thought I was engaged in diplomacy, but both the quote and the accompanying photograph are a little shocking.
