It Was A Very Good Year…

…for Patterico, but an astonishingly horrible year for the Los Angeles Times. It may be time to re-run the Worst Newspaper in America poll; if you read Patterico’s Fourth Annual Los Angeles Dog Trainer Year In Review, you’ll have a hard time voting for anyone but the L.A. Times.
It’s a remarkably dense and thorough review; I can’t begin to summarize it here. Read it all, and weep for the mainstream media, its wasted resources, and its too-frequent commitment to ideology over accuracy. Kudos to Patterico; this is one of the more impressive critiques of modern journalism that you will ever read.
