Jimmuh terror not peace

I’ll never read a book by Jimmy Carter closely enough to note the outrage detected by the New York Post in Jimmy Carter’s new book: “Jimmy for terror.” Has any reviewer of the book such as Ethan Bronner in the New York Times Book Review read it closely enough to note the passage quoted by the Post?
