More Thoughts on Paul Ryan

I offer additional thoughts on Paul Ryan’s budget plan this afternoon over at National Review Online, in a piece whose subtitle conveys the theme: “One Part FDR, One Part Gipper.” No wonder liberals are going to DefCon1 over Ryan.
