A diplomatic counteroffensive

The Washington Post has an interesting story on the efforts of the French government to restore the reputation of France in the United States. Doing so requires that it join the Saudi Arabian government in calling the Bush administration liars. Sounds like a challengling problem in diplomacy: “France says it is target of untruths.”
