Kerry cuisine flashback

In August 2003 our friend Steve Hayward drew our attention to what has turned out to be the first in a series of food-related highlights of the Kerry campaign. We had always wondered how a Frenchman would eat a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Steve directed us to this hilarious article from the Washington Post (the photo below accompanied the article) in which the presidential candidate was reported to have wrestled with Philadelphia culinary traditions and lost.
