As a consumer of the work done by Steve Emerson’s Investigative Project on Terrorism, I have been frustrated by the organization’s lack of an online presence. That deficiency has now been solved in a big way by the instantly indispensable site that IPT has mounted (click on the link). This IPT post takes a look at the evidence introduced by the government in the prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation.
On Friday the government rested its case-in-chief against the defendants after five. In his interesting New York Sun article, Josh Gerstein draws contrasts between the government’s tactics in the al-Arian and HLF prosecutions. He also previews the HLF defendants’ defense.
