Carney’s conundrums

Jay Carney was asked to identify the capital of Israel during today’s press conference. He wouldn’t answer the question (video here), but that wasn’t the toughest question he was asked.

The toughest question was whether he could say that no one in the White House was involved in the torrent of leaks of classified information obviously emanating in part from high administration officials. He could probably answer that question, or declare previous White House denials inoperative, but he really doesn’t want to be Cory Booker’d into submission, so he didn’t. Analyze this:

Glenn Reynolds comments: “It’s cruel to mock the differently-abled.” I am not sure whether was referring to Jay Carney or Barack Obama.
