The Washington Post has obtained a video from 2005 in which Donald Trump bragged in vulgar terms about kissing, groping, and trying to have sex with women. Regarding one woman, Trump said, “I did try and f— her; she was married.” He added, “I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there.”
Frankly, the only thing surprising about this video is Trump’s admission of failure to seduce his target.
Hillary Clinton promptly denounced Trump. “This is horrific,” she tweeted. “We cannot allow this man to become president.”
Yet, Hillary’s husband, who was president for eight years, did most of the disgusting things Trump talks about in the video, and more. Hillary not only forgave this conduct, she attacked the victims.
Be that as it may, Trump’s comments are disgusting and typical of the man. They may sink his already faltering campaign.
The crowd that saddled the Republican Party with this abominable nominee has done the GOP and the nation a terrible disservice.
