Give me some truth

“Give Me Some Truth” is the title of a bitter post-Beatles John Lennon song; the line keeps ringing in my head in connection with the cloud of unknowing that engulfs media reporting on the Middle East. Blogs like the invaluable Little Green Footballs have obviously been a far more important source of information on events there over the past year than have the mainstream media.
