Confrontation in the Strait of Hormuz

The Defense Department has released this video of Iranian boats harassing American ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz in international waters. I’ve read that there is audio of one of the Iranians threatening to blow up the American ships, but that is not audible in this clip:
