The dangers of “peace” making

Yesterday’s Wall Street Journal carried a column by former Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Dore Gold on current diplomatic efforts to revive the peace process and carve the path to Palestinian statehood. OpinionJournal has posted the column today with the heading “The dangers of ‘peace’ making.” The column expands on the views Gold expressed when we met with him in Tel Aviv the week before last. I summarized his remarks that night here in “Dore Gold speaks.”
RedState contributor Jeff Emanuel was one of my traveling companions in Israel. Jeff is now embedded and reporting from Iraq. Human Events has posted a column by Jeff that quotes from our meeting with Ambassador Gold and several other of the prominent Israelis with whom we visited during our trip. Jeff’s column is “The Israel paradox.”
