From spy dolphins to rape dogs

The Washington Free Beacon’s Jon Levine reviews the history of those wily Israelis’ use of animals to faciliatate their depredations against the Muslim Middle East. He begins with their use of Flipper’s oceangoing relatives. How wily can you get?

In a thread that can be accessed via the post above, Levine then “ticks” off the Israelis’ alleged use of wild pigs (per Mahmoud Abbas, in a classic case of projection), spying cows, special rats to attack Palestinians in Gaza (in another classic case of projection), a spy vulture, a kestrel, a spy eagle, spying (not flying) squirrels, spying lizards, and hyenas. Here is a nice compilation.

Levine concludes his roundup with a thank-you to New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof for his valuable contribution to this genre. His Pulitzer awaits next year.
