MSNBC is in full re-elect mode, which means the network is even more over-the-top than usual. I don’t think we wrote about it here, but you no doubt are aware of Andrea Mitchell’s crude editing of video of Mitt Romney to try to make him look dumb. It was basically a reprise of the media’s George H. W. Bush’s supermarket scanner moment, which was a fraud, too. Michael Ramirez gives Ms. Mitchell a dose of her own medicine.
Really, though, I don’t think Ms. Mitchell will be offended. As best we can tell, getting caught lying for the cause is a badge of honor at MSNBC.
