As John notes in “The Democrats’ fake hate crime,” we have followed closely one of the biggest scandals of the past year: the Democrats’ false claim that anti-Obamacare protesters hurled racial epithets at three black Democrats who waded into their protest in the apparent hope of stimulating such a response. The Democrats failed but decided to lie and pretend that they had been racially abused.
The video below does a good job of exposing this fraudulent campaign alleging racism against the protesters who appeared on Capitol Hill to protest Obamacare on March 20, 2010. This campaign is a rather obvious artifact of the Democrat/media axis. Its handiwork could be seen on March 20 in news outlets from the dinosaur media to Fox News.
The campaign is a scandal hiding in plain sight, awaiting its Woodward and Bernstein to blow the lid off. In the meantime, we have Andrew Breitbart. Perhaps Breitbart is the Woodward and Bernstein of the Internet age who blows the lid off this particular scandal. Nevertheless, it would be nice to have those who perpetrated it, and those who fell for it, as Fox did, account for their conduct in a way that has yet to happen.
