How Walz Gets Away With It

In this post, I asked whether Tim Walz lies constantly because of a pathological condition, or whether it is just a cynical habit born of the fact that Walz lives in a state whose press organs are so quiescent that he has had nothing to fear. This story illustrates what I meant with regard to local press organs; specifically, the Star Tribune:

Beautiful. Walz lied, saying he and his wife had used IVF for their two children. The Strib dutifully printed the lie. That was in May. Within the last few days, when it emerged publicly that the IVF story was a lie, someone at the Strib went back and changed their May headline to protect Walz. This is a good example of how the corrupt press constantly runs interference for Democrats.
