The American Thinker has posted a learned piece on the issue of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq by Douglas Hanson. Hanson is a a Gulf War I combat veteran and former US Army cavalry reconnaissance officer, Atomic Demolitions Munitions Security Officer, and Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Officer. As a civilian analyst, Hanson was initially an operations officer in the operations/intelligence cell of the Requirements Coordination Office of the CPA in Baghdad and later assigned as the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
