I’m bemused by the fact that President Obama keeps talking about an era of responsibility, when he himself won’t take any. If he thinks he can go for the next four years blaming George Bush for his failures, I think he’s in for a rude shock. The Democrats, meanwhile, have no intention of taking responsibility for the trillions of dollars in spending that they want to use to buy votes, even though they haven’t got the money.
