John Fund reviews the role played by Stefan Sharkansky and Sound Politics in exposing the grounds for contesting the results of the third recount in the Washington gubernatorial election: “Don’t count Rossi out.” Our friend Hugh Hewitt makes a guest appearance at the end of Fund’s column.
Fund’s column provides a good summary of events to date. Although it omits the facts regarding the enfranchisement of the deceased, it includes a good discussion of (new to me) ballot enhancement. “Ballot enhancement” reminds me of the technique used by Tom Jones to fill out his tight pants. They both seem to be related to “stuffing.”
