Attorney Bob Bauer of the Perkins Coie law firm has a learned commentary on the issues raised by the possible FEC regulation of the Internet: “Flushing Internet politics?”
The coal miner in “Beyond the Fringe” wistfully commented, “I could have been a Judge, but I never had the Latin for the judgin’. I never had it, so I’d had it, as far as being a judge was concerned.” In the spirit of “Beyond the Fringe,” I add only that Bauer’s analysis is what I would have said on the subject if I’d had the Latin for the judgin’.
