Hardly anything in the world is as destructive as a tornado, if you are unlucky enough to be in its path. I’ve never seen anything quite like this video of a tornado destroying a house in western Minnesota, shot within the last 24 hours:
Tornadoes are relatively easy to stay away from, as evidenced by the safety of the guy in the car who shot the video. Years ago, on a Boy Scout hike I saw a couple of tornadoes touch down within a few hundred yards, but we were perfectly safe. Still, it is shocking to see such destructive power up close.
