Uncommon Knowledge with David Berlinski

David Berlinski earned a Ph.D. in philosophy from Princeton and has taught mathematics and philosophy at universities in the United States and France. He is the author of such books as A Tour of the Calculus, The Advent of the Algorithm, Newton’s Gift, The Deniable Darwin, and The Devil’s Delusion: Atheism and Its Scientific Pretensions, as well as several detective novels starring private investigator Aaron Asherfeld. (His site posts a listing.) He lives in Paris, though he is a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture in Seattle. He is all that as well as the father of Claire Berlinski. In most rooms he enters he raises the average IQ level at least a few points.

Berlinski recently sat down with Peter Robinson to discuss a variety of topics related to The Devil’s Delusion. Through our arrangement with the Hoover Institution, we are pleased to present the interview in its entirety. Please check it out.
